We’ve been using Reading Eggs for a few days now and all I ever hear out of my 3 year olds mouth is, “Can I do my lessons now?” I’ve been kicked off my laptop multiple times a day so she can do her lessons on Reading Eggs. I’m not complaining one bit because I see she’s learning more and more each day!
Reading Eggs makes learning fun! Amaya can’t seem to get enough. Since she’s only 3, her lessons are relatively simple but important. There are silly songs, entertaining characters, and lots of creative ways to keep her engaged! She’s playing but also learning! Her computer skills are also growing too!
The Stepping Stones Reading lessons are the core of the Reading Eggs learn-to-read program. Each lesson builds on the previous one to build skills in the five key areas needed to become a good reader: phonemic awareness and phonics, sight words, vocabulary, fluency and comprehension. The lessons are presented in three broad levels with 40 lessons in each level.
She doesn’t even stop to eat lunch! This matching game is really great and I think Amaya enjoys it the most. She has to find 6 lower case letters and 6 uppercase letters. She is always so proud of herself when she completes each lesson and receives golden eggs!
Reading Eggs is a winner in our house. With Reading Eggs, I know she’s learning and having fun with our without me being right there with her. I hope that her experiences with Reading Eggs helps her when it comes time for preschool in the fall!
